Our Time to Bloom

Hibiscus flowers last one day. They open wide with the sun in the morning and slowly curl back in at night, wilt, let go and fall away.  Each day is an opportunity for us to bloom. We have a lifetime of blossoms to share. Let them be delicate and beautiful.  The Hibiscus shares its beauty with us, it’s our job to take a moment to reflect upon it and radiate the beauty through ourselves; our words and our actions.  It just takes a kind word or gesture to make it a great day.  It can be hard to do when we get stuck in a mundane day to day living. We find ourselves being suffocated by our own minds. But, if we can take a minute to stop and appreciate nature, we will begin to smile and relax on the inside and then find ourselves smiling on the outside. Too many times we cut ourselves short of some of the most important things that we deserve as humans. We need to feed our souls.  Feed them with light- the sun and the moon, and with beauty- the sky and nature. Nourish ourselves so we can reflect back to each other what Mother Earth has so open heartedly given us.   Each day is a new blossom for us, let us welcome them with open arms and be willing to let go each night and start all over again.  We deserve that.  Namaste
